How to fix it:

To resolve the system error, please follow the steps below:

Unplug Ovvi’s power adapter.
Wait 5 seconds and then plug the power adapter back in.
Ovvi will start to make noises as it starts up. Wait until all the noises are finished and the LED light in front is a solid color. (Not breathing or rotating.)
Open the lid and remove the Chute System. (NOTE: Do not forcefully pull on the Chute System if it is stuck as that will damage Ovvi. If the Chute System is stuck, skip the rest of the steps here and follow the Manual Chute Release process instead.)
Eject all the used cans from the Used Can Chute.
Load at least 1 new can into the New Can Chute.
Insert the Chute System back into Ovvi. Ovvi will make noises as it process them and get ready for the next feeding.

Ovvi should now operate as normal.
