Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview
We’re so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Faunalogy Inc. (“Faunalogy”) is committed to customer satisfaction. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to return or exchange products purchased directly from Faunalogy.

2. Return Eligibility & Timeframes

  • Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from Faunalogy.

  • Products must be returned within the return period specified for that product (typically thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date). The applicable return period is listed on the product page or in the product packaging.

  • Returned products must be in good working condition and free from damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer.

3. Return Authorization (RMA)

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  • Please carefully package the items, ideally in the original packaging, and write the RMA number clearly on the box.

  • Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Condition of Returned Products

  • If returned in the original packaging: no repackaging fee applies.

  • If returned without original packaging: a $30 repackaging fee will be deducted from the refund. The customer must package the product safely for return.

  • If a product returned without original packaging is damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging, Faunalogy may deduct the cost of repair from the refund or reject the return.

  • Refunds will not be provided for products that have been physically damaged or misused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to Faunalogy’s error, a defective product, or shipping damage not caused by the customer, Faunalogy will provide a prepaid return label and cover shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, customer preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

  • Risk of loss remains with the customer until Faunalogy receives the returned product.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Only the product cost will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at helpmeow@faunalogy.com.

7. Damages and Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within two (2) business days if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item. We will help correct the situation right away. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for remedy.

8. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product, please contact our customer support team. Depending on availability, Faunalogy may offer an exchange or replacement at no additional cost for defective or incorrect items.

9. Warranty Repairs

  • Products requiring service may be returned under the Faunalogy Limited Warranty.

  • An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be obtained from Faunalogy before shipping.

  • Warranty returns must be prepaid by the customer unless otherwise authorized.
