Warranty Policy

Ovvi Limited Warranty & Service Policy

1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Faunalogy Inc. (“Faunalogy”) warrants that each Ovvi Pet Feeder (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

If an extended warranty was purchased at the time of sale, the extended warranty period will apply instead of the standard one-year warranty.

During the applicable warranty period, Faunalogy will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product or part with a new or refurbished product at no charge to the customer.

2. What This Warranty Covers

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Electrical or mechanical failure not caused by misuse, neglect, or external damage.
Parts and labor costs for authorized repairs performed by Faunalogy.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow the Product’s operating instructions.
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.
Consumables such as cans or food, accessories not manufactured by Faunalogy, or third-party add-ons.
Damage caused by power surges, unauthorized modifications, or repairs by anyone other than Faunalogy.
Loss or damage to pet food, pets, or property.

4. Obtaining Warranty Service

Contact Faunalogy Customer Support at helpmeow@faunalogy.com or (631) 315-9680 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM EST).
Customer Support will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number if the Product qualifies for warranty service.
Products must be shipped with the RMA number clearly marked on the box.
Customers are responsible for shipping the Product to Faunalogy. If the claim is valid, Faunalogy will cover the cost of return shipping after repair or replacement.
Warranty claims are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days after the Product has been received by Faunalogy.

5. Service Outside of Warranty

If your Ovvi Pet Feeder requires service outside of the warranty period, Faunalogy offers repair services at reasonable costs.
A quote will be provided before any out-of-warranty repair is performed.

6. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product as described above. Faunalogy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, damage to pets or property, or lost profits.

7. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
