Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated timelines provided on the product page.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Overnight Shipping (where available): 1 business day after dispatch.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Faunalogy may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Pre-Orders

For pre-order products, estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page.

Pre-order estimates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturing or supply chain factors. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
5. Geographic Limitations

Faunalogy currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans your package.
7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

Risk of loss transfers to the Purchaser once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Faunalogy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability and fulfillment logistics.
