A7-004: Reboot Error

What it means:

Ovvi experienced a power loss while it was in the middle of either dispensing a new can or disposing of an empty one. Because the internal mechanisms were interrupted mid-process, this caused a jam and automatically triggered a safety lock on the Chute System. You won’t be able to remove the Chute System like normal while it’s in this state.

Note:
If you receive this message while recovering from another error that required restarting Ovvi, you can safely disregard it. When Ovvi is unplugged and plugged back in during troubleshooting, the system detects the interruption in power and logs it as a power loss—even if the restart was done intentionally.

How to fix it

• Use the Manual Chute Release process to safely remove the jammed can(s) and lid(s).
