A7-002: Carousel Jam

What it means:

The carousel is currently jammed and cannot rotate. This usually happens when:

• Multiple new cans or used cans with lids dropped into the Nest at the same time, or

• The can being retrieved from the New Can Chute did not fully clear the chute and became stuck halfway in the Nest.

NOTE: When this error occurs, it will also trigger A1-001 Dispensing Error and/or A1-002 Retainer Error. Following the resolution process below will resolve all 3 errors.

• Click here and use the Manual Chute Release process to safely remove the jammed can(s) and lid(s).
