Backorder Policy

From time to time, certain products may be offered on backorder as demand expands and we scale production responsibly. We remain committed to maintaining the quality and performance standards our customers expect, and we truly appreciate your trust in us.
1. Payment Timing
All backorder purchases are charged at the time of order. This secures your order and reserves your place in the fulfillment queue.
2. Shipping Timeline
The estimated shipping timeframe for any backordered product is noted clearly on the respective product page at the time of purchase.
Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Orders are fulfilled in the order received. We make every effort to ship within the published timeframe or ahead of schedule, but will update timelines promptly if delays are experienced.
3. Free Shipping
During backorder periods, certain products will ship free of charge within the continental United States. If free shipping of the backordered product is offered, it will be listed clearly on the specific product page.
4. If There Is a Delay
If fulfillment is expected to extend beyond the estimated timeframe shown on the product page, we will proactively notify you with updated information and available options.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your backorder at any time prior to shipment for a full refund.
Refunds are processed within one business day of your request. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.
6. Notification Option
If you prefer not to place a backorder, you may choose to be notified when the product is restocked instead.
Restock notifications will be sent after all existing backorders for that product have been fulfilled.
Email addresses collected for restock notification will be used solely to notify you of that specific product’s availability and will not be used for any other purpose.
